Bavlina is a California native who was born and raised in Turlock, CA. She graduated with her BA in Political Science from California State University of Stanislaus. After a series of pivotal events in her life she discovered storytelling and artistry to be her true calling. Bavlina moved to New York where she received her Masters of Fine Arts degree in Acting from The Actors Studio Drama School at Pace University. She is a Co-Founder of the production company, Willow + Fire Productions, LLC and a member of The LAByrinth Theatre Company’s 2014 Intensive Ensemble.

She recently wrote, produced, directed and starred in the short film, I Meant to Tell You. And is currently writing a full length Feature Film, which she plans to move into pre-production before the end of the year. She has also written and performed in the Colors of Community Reading Series in New York. Her recent NYC Theatre credits include: Da Show as Niggy (MoCADA) Roger & Vanessa as Vanessa, Rolling With The Punches as Claudia (ASDS Repertory Season), You Want Details as Gretchen (New York Theatre Workshop), Good/Bad/Ugly as Woman (LABryinth Theater Company), and Easter Candy as Munker (LABryinth Intensive). Her Educational Theatre credits include: The Donahue Sisters as Annie, scenes from Danny and The Deep Blue Sea as Roberta, Jesus Hopped the A Train as Mary Jane, Falling as Tami, 4.48 Psychosis, The Two Character Play as Clare, Hunter Gatherers as Pam, and A Lovely Sunday at Creve Coeur as Bodey.
